I am not from around the Kemah area, but my husband is here for work so when I needed my computer worked on, I started googling and came across Nerd To Go. They had really good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I spoke with Aundria about issues I was having with storage (my storage was completely full). She recommended I upgrade my hard drive, which I agreed to. One of the techs looked at my computer and recommended the hard drive he thought I needed (not sure on specifics of that part), but Aundria gave me the price and I agreed. They said they could have it back to me in 48 hours, which was great. This was Monday, and the week of Thanksgiving. On Tuesday Aundria called to let me know that I actually needed a different hard drive and that it had been ordered and would arrive on Wednesday. She let me know that since they had already quoted me, I would not be charged the additional price for the other drive. Obviously, they were closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving, but I received a call Friday afternoon letting me know about my computer and that it would be ready that evening. I was a few hours away and asked if there was any way possible I could get it the next day. I really needed it, but they are closed on weekends. Aundria spoke with her boss and was able to actually come in just for me to get my computer today!! I am beyond thankful and know that most places would not have opened on their day off just so someone could pick up. THANK YOU Aundria, you were so very helpful!
